We offer French language solutions through universally accessible classes, carefully designed by our talented language experts. We give priority to your language needs and ensure that they are delivered to you in the best way possible. Our unique conversational technique in language training and our qualified native instructors who seek to help our customers excel is our stratagem for success.

Newbridge Language Connect is an institution that offers online and in-person language training to help our students master a new language and communicate confidently and efficiently, to excel at an individual and professional level.
By accessing any part of the Service, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions described below, the terms and conditions of our privacy policy, and any other legal notices published by us on the Service. If you do not agree to any of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Service. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including both users who are simply viewing content available via the Service and users who have registered as members of Newbridge Language Connect.
Payments
1. When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method as provided on our platform.
2. Charges for tuition, registration and materials are payable in advance before the beginning of class.
3. Our method of payment is through M-PESA at +254 720 883848.
Student Enrollment and Course Rights
1. A placement test (online test) is mandatory for students joining Intermediate and advanced levels.
2. Newbridge Language Connect reserves the right to accept or reject applications for student enrollment.
3. Students will accept all of the terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy listed in the Service, when you agree to enroll in or access a class on Newbridge Language Connect.
4. You will follow all reasonable rules set by a teacher with respect to a class and you will not take any actions to interfere with the teacher or any other students in the class.
5. All class content is only accessible for your information and personal use.
6. You will not copy any materials or techniques for purposes of your own or others’ classes, or to interfere with any class or the teacher’s ongoing relationship with any students participating in such class.
7. On account of misconduct or unruly behavior, we reserve the right to discontinue a student.
8. While we are committed to providing a safe learning environment, we do not accept liability for loss of property or personal injury.
Teacher Terms
1. As an instructor, you will honor any student enrollments at the price and time displayed in the Service, and will not limit student participation for any discriminatory or other illegal reason.
2. You represent and guarantee to Newbridge Language Connect that you are qualified to teach the classes that you list with the Service.
3. You will comply with all applicable laws and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
4. You grant us the right to place advertisements on your content at our sole discretion.
5. You understand that if you teach a class, your students will have the ability to post a review of this class. We cannot control the contents of any such review and will not be held responsible for any information or opinions that a user may include in any such review.
6. You agree that you will not submit content to Newbridge Language Connect that violates our Community and Class Guidelines.
Cancellations and Refunds
No refunds or credits will be made for partial, discontinued, or interrupted attendance, except in case of class cancellation by Newbridge Language Connect.
Free Trials
At Newbridge Language Connect, we offer free trials from time to time on our behalf for a specified period without payment. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for a trial, and, subject to applicable laws, to withdraw or to modify a trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the greatest extent permitted under the law.
Pricing
1. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine, at our sole and absolute discretion. Changing fee will not apply to free trial services used prior to the time of change.
2. Any price changes to your service, except as otherwise explicitly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, will take effect following email notice to you.
Miscellaneous
By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Newbridge Language Connect. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our Services.
If you are a Teacher accepting these Terms and using our Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
These Terms (including any agreements and policies) constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue in effect.
The delay or failure to exercise a right in one case does not mean we waive our rights under these Terms, and we may decide to enforce them in the future. If we decide to waive any of our rights in a particular instance, it doesn’t mean we waive our rights generally or in the future.

Content available through our Service or presented at any class represents the opinions and judgments of an information provider, user, or other person or entity not connected with us. We do not endorse, nor are we responsible for the accuracy or reliability of, any opinion, advice, or statement made by anyone other than an authorized NLC spokesperson.
The Classes offered on NLC are offered directly by the teachers. NLC is not responsible or liable for any information on its Service listings or profiles.
You understand and agree that temporary interruptions of the Service may occur as normal events. You further understand and agree that we have no control over third-party networks you may access in the course of the use of the Service, and therefore, delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control.

Ongoing registration
Our admission process helps you to choose a course from our different categories and levels of learning.
- Go to Newbridge Connect Website, click on services at the navigation bar
- Go to language training session and click on admissions
- Click here to register. This will lead you to a registration form. Fill out the form and submit
- You will receive an email confirming successful registration and a link leading to selecting your level for application.
- If you are a beginner you will receive an email leading you to our program.
- If you already know some French, the link will lead you to our website where you can access a free online placement test. Select the test from the following options: Children and Teens placement tests, Business and Corporate Placement tests
- You will receive an email confirming successful submission of the test, your grades,a link leading you to the information of your level on our website, and a link to our payment options.
- Make the payment online or through mobile banking
- You will receive a confirmation email for receipt of payment and a link to our zoom online sessions
- Start your online class on the communicated date.

Registration Data
Newbridge Language Connect will only ask you to provide the information necessary to process your class registration: email address, full name, telephone number, country, and class category. Students' private information will never be shared with any third party.
Course Data
When you enroll in and take courses, we collect certain data including which courses, assignments, and quizzes you’ve started and completed; your exchanges with instructors, teaching assistants, and other students; and essays, answers to questions, and other items submitted to satisfy course requirements
Lessons may be recorded strictly for quality control; no diffusion will be made without the participants’ approval.

If you contact us for support or to report a problem or concern, we collect and store your contact information, messages, and other data about you like your name, email address, location, operating system, IP address, and any other data you provide or that we collect through automated means.
